At LIFFY, we respect your privacy and take the protection of your personal information seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and — very importantly — the limits of what we can protect once you leave the LIFFY platform.

1. Information We Collect

Your username and email address
Your profile picture, if you choose to upload one
Your posts, comments, likes, and other interactions on LIFFY
Your bank details, only if you choose to submit them for the purpose of receiving a withdrawal payment
Basic activity data, such as which Smart Links you have clicked and when, used to calculate your Tasks & Earnings balance
Your referral code and referral activity, used to calculate your Referral balance

2. How We Use Your Information

To create, manage, and secure your account.
To display your posts and activity within the platform.
To calculate and pay your Tasks & Earnings and Referral balances.
To process withdrawal requests using the bank details you provide.
To keep the LIFFY community safe and to investigate suspected abuse of the platform, including the Tasks & Earnings and Referral systems.

LIFFY is, in part, an advertising-supported platform. Some tasks involve visiting third-party pages outside of LIFFY through Smart Links.
LIFFY has no visibility into, and no control over, what happens on any page once you leave the LIFFY website — including any information you may be asked to provide there.
You are strongly encouraged to only share information about yourself, on LIFFY or anywhere linked from LIFFY, that is not personal or sensitive.
Never share sensitive information such as your bank PIN, card details, passwords, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with anyone — including anyone claiming to represent LIFFY, and especially not on any website you are redirected to after clicking a link.
The only bank information LIFFY ever asks for is your bank name, account name, and account number, entered directly into the Bank & Withdrawal section of the app, solely for the purpose of paying your withdrawals.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

LIFFY uses trusted third-party services to operate the platform, including Firebase (for authentication and database storage) and Cloudinary (for media hosting). LIFFY also displays advertisements and Smart Links through third-party advertising networks. These partners may have their own privacy practices, which LIFFY does not control — we encourage you to be cautious about any information you provide once you leave the LIFFY app.

4. Advertising

LIFFY displays advertisements, including Smart Links and banner or native ads, through advertising partners. These ads help support the platform, including the Tasks & Earnings program. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technology to show relevant ads. LIFFY does not control the content of external advertisements once you leave our platform.

5. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect your account and personal information while it is on LIFFY's platform. However, no online platform can guarantee complete security, and LIFFY cannot protect information you choose to share on websites outside of LIFFY, including pages reached through Smart Links or advertisements.

6. Your Rights

You may update your username, profile picture, bank details, and other account information at any time from within the app. If you would like your account or personal data removed, you may contact us using the details below.

7. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may change occasionally, including to reflect updates to the Tasks & Earnings program, Referral program, or advertising partners. Any updates will be published on this page.
