Welcome to LIFFY. LIFFY is a social platform where users can share posts, follow other users, complete Smart Link tasks, and earn money through our Tasks & Earnings and Referral programs. By creating an account or using LIFFY in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Who Can Use LIFFY

You must provide accurate information when creating your account, including a valid email address. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your login details private and do not share your password with anyone.

2. Using LIFFY

LIFFY allows you to create posts, follow other users, like and comment on content, and take part in our Tasks & Earnings program. Please use the platform responsibly, respectfully, and in line with the Community Rules below.

3. Smart Links, Tasks & Earnings

LIFFY is, in part, an advertising-supported platform. Some tasks on LIFFY involve clicking "Smart Links" which take you to advertising pages or third-party websites operated by our advertising partners.

⚠️ Important: LIFFY is not responsible for anything that happens after you leave the LIFFY website.

Once you click a Smart Link and are taken to a page or website outside LIFFY, that page is operated by a third-party advertiser or website, not by LIFFY.
LIFFY does not control, monitor, or have any information about what happens on those external pages — including any forms you fill in, any accounts you create, or any information you choose to enter there.
LIFFY will never ask you, through a Smart Link or any advertisement, to enter your bank details, card details, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.
If any website you are redirected to asks for sensitive information such as your bank account details, card number, PIN, OTP, or password, do not enter it. That request is not from LIFFY, and LIFFY cannot protect you once you have left our platform.
Only enter information that is not sensitive or personal when interacting with pages outside LIFFY. When in doubt, do not proceed, and close the page.

Your earnings on LIFFY are calculated based on genuine clicks and completed tasks on the Smart Links provided within the app, subject to daily limits described within the Tasks & Earnings page. LIFFY reserves the right to review, adjust, delay, or decline the payment of any earnings that appear to result from fraudulent activity, automated clicking, multiple accounts, or any other form of abuse of the Tasks & Earnings system.

4. Referral Program

LIFFY may offer a referral bonus to users who invite new members using their personal referral link. Referral earnings are tracked separately from your regular Tasks & Earnings balance and are reviewed and paid out manually by a LIFFY administrator, on a schedule communicated within the app. LIFFY reserves the right to withhold referral bonuses that appear to result from fake accounts, self-referrals, or any other abuse of the referral system.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by a LIFFY administrator before being paid out. Your balance is only reduced once a withdrawal request has been approved. Withdrawals are processed on set dates communicated within the Tasks & Earnings page (currently the 3rd and 18th of each month). LIFFY may change the minimum withdrawal amount, the withdrawal schedule, or the withdrawal process at any time.

6. Your Account & Personal Information

You are strongly encouraged to keep your personal and private details safe at all times. When using LIFFY — including your profile, posts, and comments — please only share information about yourself that is not sensitive or personal in nature. Avoid publicly posting information such as your home address, financial details, national identification numbers, or other private information that could be used to identify, locate, or harm you.

7. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you upload to LIFFY. By posting on LIFFY, you give us permission to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You are responsible for making sure that anything you post does not violate the law or the rights of others.

8. Community Rules

No illegal content of any kind.
No harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of other users.
No spam, scams, or deliberately misleading information.
No attempting to cheat, automate, or abuse the Tasks & Earnings or Referral systems.
No requesting or sharing other users' sensitive personal or financial information.
Respect other members of the LIFFY community at all times.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Tasks & Earnings or Referral systems, or repeatedly break the Community Rules may have their content removed, their earnings withheld pending review, or their account suspended or permanently removed, at LIFFY's discretion.

10. No Guarantee of Earnings

LIFFY does not guarantee any specific amount of earnings from using the platform. Earnings depend on task availability, advertiser activity, and platform rules, all of which may change at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

LIFFY may update these Terms of Service whenever necessary, including to reflect changes to the Tasks & Earnings program, Referral program, or withdrawal process. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the latest version of these Terms.
